Need data from another system, or AI?

Your apps and records
Apps and records stay in your Microsoft 365, under your accounts. Yours once paid, with a free, permanent licence to our templates inside.
Documented and handed over
A user guide, a copy of the apps and a handover, so any Power Apps builder can pick them up.
Who works on it
Led by a Microsoft MVP, Business Applications (2025-2026), Microsoft's award for independent experts. Someone other than the builder tests every version before you see it.
Since 2023 we've looked after one training company's main app, CRM, instructor app and learning platform, which all talk to each other. RyfeTech is based in the Philippines (UTC+8).

The price is fixed in USD, and other currencies are approximate. We invoice in your currency through Wise, with no GST or VAT. If version 1 isn't what we agreed, we fix it before the 30% is due.
Questions
What costs extra?
Only add-ons. AI and links to other systems need Microsoft's premium licences, from about USD 15 a month. Offline and a third app don't. We quote add-ons after the free discovery call.
Why only USD 1,000?
We start from ready templates and build on the Microsoft 365 you already have, so your money goes into your two apps.
Where is our data?
In your Microsoft 365. Files you send us are used only for your build, and our login is removed after Care.
How much of my time?
About 6 to 8 hours of calls over 5 weeks, and your testers 1 to 2 hours a week. No IT provider? We walk you through the setup on a call.
No signal on site?
Offline can be done, with no premium licence: entries wait on the phone until there's signal. It's an add-on, quoted after the free discovery call.
We're on Google, not Microsoft 365.

For your IT provider
Standard connectors only (SharePoint lists, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Approvals): no Dataverse, no premium, no Managed Environment without your written OK. You create and keep the service login; we never need its password. Our guest login (two-step sign-in, from the Philippines) is removed after week 8.
